We get asked a lot about this. How do you all work? What’s the best way of getting involved? I want to make a book but don’t know how. Well, we thought it is time to start making our processes more transparent and give you all a better idea of how to work with us and how to get your book made.
Publish Me - Collaboration Through Curated Works
This is a new service that we are finding is a great way of publishing artists and authors and building a strong list of titles. We also think it’s a game changer as it’s a way we can help you get quickly published and earn you some money at the same time.
It works really well if a visual artist or even a musician has an idea or a body of work that can be curated. This could be an illustrated poster series, a photography essay or maybe it’s an archive of never before seen material. You know there’s something to be made, but you don’t have the time or know-how to curate and design it. You might even have an art fair or exhibition coming up or you are going on tour and you could do with some books to sell yourself. Whatever it is, our Publish Me service is a one-stop shop for getting your book published and sold in a fast affordable way.
Here's how it works and what you get:
Select Your Format
It’s taken us time and experience, but we’ve designed 3 formats to make it easier for everyone. Whether it's a photography book, an art collection, or any other creative format, we provide options to showcase your work effectively. We’ve chosen these formats as they are also easier to position in shops, easier to send to fans and they look great.
Design And Layout
With the format selected, you send us your pictures, high and low res, and our team will curate your book and lay it out. We’ll of course talk to you about what we’re doing and it’s a creative process, so we’ll both l have questions, but that’s what makes it real. We want to get the cover right, we have to agree on a price point and understand what shops might want to stock it.
Within a week (or a month dependent on the plan you’ve chosen) you will receive a digital mockup of the cover, some layouts, and an ISBN number, and both you and us can start presales whilst we finish the actual layout.
Presales And Distribution
Our collaboration heats up pretty fast as we embark on a preselling journey to generate buzz and excitement around your book. Through our established network and our distribution and retail partners, we maximize exposure and revenue potential for your publication. This also helps us determine print run and how big or how limited you want your book to be. This is also where if you have an exhibition, or you are going on tour, you decide if you want the extra copies at the cost price.
Publishing Day, AuTHOR COPIES, Fulfillment, and Royalties
Congrats it’s Publishing Day! To celebrate your achievements, you will receive three author copies of your publication which is included in your fee. We’ll also send your customers their copies and send you those additional copies if you’ve requested them and twice a year you will receive royalties from us. So if your book has sold well from our site and from any partners that have decided to stock your book, you’ll get your royalties paid to you via bank transfer, PayPal, or other chosen ways.

Commissioned Books
Our other main way of working with us is commissioned projects. If you have a compelling concept or idea that has the potential for wide-reaching appeal, we are eager to collaborate with you.
Concept
When you present a concept or idea, our team, along with our retail partners, will assess its market potential. If we believe it has the ability to resonate with a wide audience, we will commission you to bring your artistic vision to life.
Full Support and Investment
Once commissioned, we handle all aspects of the project. We will cover the costs, including production, marketing, and distribution. Our goal is to provide you with the necessary resources and support to maximize the project's success.
Royalties and Recognition
We believe in rewarding artists for their contributions. As part of our commission-based model, you will receive royalties for your work. This ensures that your talent is recognized and valued, both creatively and financially.
Submissions
In addition to the commission-based projects and publish me, you can also collaborate with us through submissions Join our community and take advantage of our open calls, including the renowned Stickerbomb book series, our captivating illustration and collage periodical BLOC, and other exciting projects that we open and close throughout the year.
